We respect your privacy and support all efforts to protect it. We will never re-sell or distribute your personal information to any other entity for any reason whatsoever. This includes your e-mail address, as well as your mailing address and phone numbers.
When you place an order with us, we request your name, billing address, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, phone number and email address. We consider this information to be absolutely private, and we keep this information on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, administering our site and notifying you of upcoming wine releases and updates. We do not share your private information with anyone and never will.
We also utilize the services of Vinoshipper for many of our orders and sales. You can find their privacy policies at this link.
When purchasing wine, we (or Vinoshipper) will ship your order via UPS, weather permitting. Should you be the rare recipient of an off-condition wine, please let us know. Do not dispose of the wine, just re-cork it and email us at pantherridgewines@gmail.com. If your product is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately, and we will file a claim with the shipping company, as well as replace your damaged bottles.
